Arrive 10–15 minutes early — especially if it’s your first visit. It gives you time to check in, settle in, and helps us begin together on time.
Can’t make it? Please cancel early. This opens your spot for someone else, especially in full or waitlisted classes.
Mats are always free to borrow. Please cover studio mats with a full-size mat towel. Bring your own, rent one, or purchase one at the studio.
Hydrate before you arrive. For heated classes especially, showing up well-hydrated makes a big difference. Water is available at the studio too.
Phones away, please. Silence them and leave them outside the practice space so everyone gets a real break from the outside world.
Tell your teacher if you’re new. Or if there’s anything they should know before class. No big production—just a quick hello helps us take better care of you.
Stay for Savasana. It’s part of the practice, not an optional extra. If you absolutely need to leave early, let the teacher know beforehand and slip out before Savasana begins.
Take what you need. Rest, modify, drink water, or take a break whenever you need to. You never have to keep up with anyone else in the room.
Help us leave the space ready for the next class. Return props and borrowed mats where they belong and take your belongings with you.
